Affiliate Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 11, 2026

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

To enroll in the Librava Affiliate Program, you must submit a completed application. We review all applications and reserve the right to accept or reject any application for any reason, including if your promotion methods are inconsistent with our brand values.

2. Referral Tracking & Cookies

We use browser cookies to track referrals. When a prospective customer clicks on your unique referral link, a tracking cookie with a lifetime corresponding to your affiliate tier configuration is set in their browser. If the user subscribes to a paid plan on Librava within this active window, you will receive commission credit for the purchase.

3. Commissions & Tiers

Commission is calculated based on the subscription payments made by the referred customer, recurring monthly as long as their subscription remains active, according to the active parameters configured for each tier. Please refer to the main affiliate program landing page to review the current active commission percentages, referral thresholds, and tier structures.

If a referred purchase is refunded or charged back, commissions associated with that transaction will be voided.

4. Payout Schedule

Payouts are calculated at the end of each calendar month and processed on the 1st of the following month. The minimum payout threshold is $50.00. Payouts are currently distributed via PayPal or direct bank transfer, as specified in your account settings.

5. Prohibited Actions

Affiliates must adhere to professional advertising guidelines. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

  • Self-referrals (signing up for a Librava plan using your own affiliate link).
  • Bidding on PPC search terms that contain "Librava" or variations thereof.
  • Engaging in spamming, unsolicited email campaigns, or deceptive advertising.
  • Impersonating Librava or claiming official representation beyond the affiliate program.
